Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment and machinery.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, and wear, ensuring only high-quality items are used.
• Ensure proper handling and care of delicate fabrics.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stock levels of laundry supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests requiring laundry services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Laundry Attendant in a 5-star hotel.
• Familiarity with professional laundry equipment and detergents.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
