Last-mile Supervisor 3pl-food Division

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Last-mile Supervisor (3PL) at our food division. The Last-mile Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of last-mile delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery with KPI's. This includes coordinating and supervising delivery drivers and recruiting drivers on immediate requirement -local available, managing inventory, and resolving related issues. The Last-mile Supervisor will be based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work. We provide service with Parcels, Supermarkets & Food\Restaurant sectors.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills \ Operations Management
• Excellent communication & service management skills
• Experience in Last mile logistics- Food Division
• Responsible to manage 50+ Delivery Associates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Experience in 3PL or 4PL is a plus
• MS Excel\ Office & Reporting skills
• Arabic\Hindi\ English communication skill required.
