Landlord Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Landlord Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing both indoor and outdoor locations by engaging with landlords and property owners to list their premises on our platform. This role is crucial for expanding our network of locations available for brands to rent, contributing to the overall success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work on attracting indoor and outdoor real estate locations to be listed on the platform.

• Target facility managers across all sectors.

• Coordinate visits to property owners and present the Al Matajer Al Raqmiyah company profile.

• Coordinate and follow up with property owners to finalize contracts.

• Identify locations and negotiate with their owners:

• Sign agreements with property owners, detailing their rights and obligations.

• Obtain required data and specifications for properties (photos, space, location, rental price, etc.) from property owners and send them to the platform team to add the details to the property browser.

• Develop and implement strategies to secure new partnerships with property owners.

• Conduct market research to identify and target potential property owner partners.

• Build strong relationships with landlords, understand their needs, and demonstrate the benefits of our platform to increase occupancy, attract qualified tenants, and generate additional revenue streams.

• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Maintain and develop relationships with current property owner partners.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress toward acquisition goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record in acquiring new clients.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and current trends.

• Ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
