- Offer a range of products, including sanitary products, cameras, surveillance systems, and network equipment.
- Build and maintain key customer relationships, understand client needs, and create tailored solutions to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct customer research and negotiate during the initial phases of projects, ensuring seamless follow-up and post-sale services.
- Coordinate with internal resources to deliver efficient pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Participate in market activities and industry exhibitions to enhance product visibility in target markets.
- Gather and analyze market information to provide strategic insights for market development and product promotion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account sales, particularly within the real estate development and engineering sectors; relevant industry resources are a plus.
- Extensive sales experience with sanitary products, cameras, surveillance systems, and network equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong market insight with the ability to independently develop new clients and drive project progress.
- Result-oriented, resilient, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business management, or a related field.
