Key Account Manager

 

Description:

As a Key Account Manager focused on dermatology, you will leverage your experience as a Medical Representative to:

  • Manage and Grow Key Accounts:
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key dermatology clinics and healthcare professionals in Riyadh.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

 

  • Drive Sales and Revenue:
  • Identify opportunities within key accounts to expand the adoption of our dermatology products.
  • Utilize your expertise in dermatology to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients.

 

  • Provide Expert Support:
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge and technical support to dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational workshops to enhance product understanding and usage.

 

  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about dermatology industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Riyadh.
  • Share insights with internal teams to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, specifically in dermatology.
  • Strong medical background.
  • Prior experience in filler company is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of dermatology products and the healthcare landscape in Riyadh.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
