Description:
As a Key Account Manager focused on dermatology, you will leverage your experience as a Medical Representative to:
- Manage and Grow Key Accounts:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key dermatology clinics and healthcare professionals in Riyadh.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Drive Sales and Revenue:
- Identify opportunities within key accounts to expand the adoption of our dermatology products.
- Utilize your expertise in dermatology to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients.
- Provide Expert Support:
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge and technical support to dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational workshops to enhance product understanding and usage.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Stay informed about dermatology industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Riyadh.
- Share insights with internal teams to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, specifically in dermatology.
- Strong medical background.
- Prior experience in filler company is a plus.
- Strong understanding of dermatology products and the healthcare landscape in Riyadh.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and strategically to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
