Key Account Manager (Formwork) - Chinese Accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Chinese Accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to Chinese customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide technical support and expertise to the customers as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and best practices within the Chinese accounts market.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences focused on Chinese accounts.

What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in formwork sales or business development within the Chinese contractor market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within the Chinese contractor segment.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and formwork systems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Chinese contractors and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
