Ideolux designs, engineers and produces high-quality LED Lighting. Our project-grade products, systems and services comply with international quality & safety requirements. This is a full-time on-site role as an Inventory Manager and Product Assistant located in Dubai at Ideolux. The primary responsibilities for this role are inventory control, inventory management, admin and product coordination. The Inventory Manager and Product Assistant is also responsible for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales opportunities and approaching potential clients.
• Providing clients with expert advice on lighting solutions.
• Developing sales strategies and creating proposals in response to client requirements.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Other activities that are related to lighting sales or sales support.

Qualifications

• Is passionate on Lighting Designs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in sales (preferably in the lighting industry).
• Fluent in Arabic
• Has KSA Driving License
• Has experience on working with DIALux, AutoCAD, and Adobe Animate
