Junior Avaya Engineer

Description:

Avaya is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Avaya Engineer. The ideal candidate will understand Avaya solutions strongly, particularly with the "Avaya Core Components Implementation—ACIS" certification. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Avaya communication systems.
·      Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Avaya solutions.
·      Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement communication solutions for clients.
·      Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Avaya systems.
·      Document technical procedures and configurations.
·      Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Certification:

·      Certification: Avaya Core Components Implementation—ACIS.
·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·      Basic understanding of Avaya communication systems.
·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
·      Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

·      Experience with Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Session Manager, and System Manager.
·      Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols.
·      Familiarity with network infrastructure and telephony.
