Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
🌐 High proficiency in English (oral and written communication).

Required Experience
✅ 6+ years of proven work experience as a Java Developer or in a similar role.
✅ Strong expertise in Java/JEE development.
✅ 4+ years of experience with Java Frameworks: Spring, Struts (1.x/2.x), Jasper Reports.
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks: jQuery, Angular, or ReactJS.
✅ Familiarity with testing frameworks: JUnit, Selenium, Mockito.
✅ Experience with cloud-native development and the Spring Boot framework is a plus!

Key Responsibilities
Identify and analyze user requirements.
 Design and develop applications using secure coding standards and best practices.
 Implement web development technologies with awareness of security implications.
 Write efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
 Review, test, and debug team members' code.
Manage JEE component deployments across application servers.
 Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality software.

Skills You Bring
⚡ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
⚡ Knowledge of API development, core banking systems, and ERP systems.
⚡ Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
⚡ Ability to estimate project time frames accurately and design effective solutions.
⚡ Proven experience working in small/medium-sized teams.
