Description:
Distribute Projects to the Presales engineers and take projects as well.
Review technical proposals for presales requests and ensure they are up to Sahara Net
standards.
Follow up on CRM to ensure completion of presales requests within acceptable periods.
Send weekly status report for the presales requests to the Sales Manager.
Overall support, consultation and management of the team from all aspects.
Arrange weekly meeting with the presales team and discuss the presales requests and
projects in the CRM.
Submit a report about suggestions and brain storming for improving process in the workflow,
CRM, and any ideas will be useful for Sahara integrated solutions & ISP, and this report
could be weekly bases or monthly bases.
Arrange weekly meeting with assigned individuals from Sales team to discuss CRM
requests and status of presales requests (this should be a quick update and alignment
meeting, the main goal is to give Sales a quick update and get their feedback on priorities
to ensure our work is aligned for the company's best results).
Review OLA to get it signed with Sales and adjust as needed in the future.
Recruit new employees as needed
Set proper work flow and quality controls to ensure all proposals are double checked for
mistakes or issues and all meetings are carried our professionally (for example, we need to
see a presentation done to as many customers as possible
Ensure proper engagement with customers is done and proper evaluation of customer
situations.
