- Familiarity with IT-related subjects from a sales perspective, with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions.
- Strong connections in the IT sector, including CXOs, industry leaders, and extensive networking.
- Based in Riyadh, ready to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with CXO-level executives in IT through LinkedIn and other channels to drive new business.
- Manage the full outsourcing lifecycle, from presales to collection, as an individual contributor.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing business success.
- Consistently exceed sales targets, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Prepare tailored technical and financial proposals to meet client needs.
- Train and mentor trainee salespeople, sharing best practices and guiding them toward success.
- Collaborate on marketing plans and feasibility studies to uncover new opportunities.
