It Change Manager

We're looking for an experienced IT Change Manager to join a dynamic team on a high-impact project. If you have a solid track record in ITSM and Change Management and are ready to challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ITSM processes with a focus on Change Management
Handle incident and problem management with hands-on involvement
Oversee the full change management lifecycle – documentation, approvals, and post-implementation reviews
Utilize ServiceNow as the core ITSM tool
Ensure compliance with ISO 20000 certification standards
Monitor and manage SLAs for both internal and external vendors
Supervise a small team (currently 2 team members)
Act as a strategic partner to the IT department – challenging processes to drive improvement and efficiency

✅ Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a managerial ITSM/Change Management role
Experience leading small teams
Based in Saudi Arabia
