Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of application architecture across storage, backup, and compute domains, aligning with business needs and application roadmaps.
• Analyze application requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, considering performance, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, proposing and evaluating advancements that optimize application performance and efficiency.
• Conduct discovery & planning with customer technical teams (Applications)
• Collect SOP (Standard operating procedures) and TOP's (OAT, UAT testing procedures)
• Participate in testing activities, monitoring coverage for live events
