Role Description
As an Investment Consultant at Respect Services, you will be responsible for building trust with leads and clients by providing them with honest and professional advice on investment solutions and maintaining the highest levels of ethics and genuine service, which will lead to increased sales and contribute to the growth of the company to become the most trustworthy brand in the industry. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Riyadh / KSA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
- 5 – 7 work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or Investment Consultant.
- Customer service skills include listening to the concerns of clients and being able to address their needs.
- Communication Skills, especially persuasion, to convey the benefits of a product to potential clients.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Strictly follow the company policy and ethics code.
- Deal with all business information, contact details, and documents as company property, and ensure that it is saved and maintained as per the company’s policy.
- Provide only accurate and true information on services and products to leads and respond to them on time.
- Maintain active and immediate response to leads, clients, and management inquiries.
- Have the initiative to think outside the box on how to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Send quotations to leads and maintain constant follow-up.
- Insert lead’s information into the CRM with proper comments and information as soon as the information is received and through any channel.
- Update tasks on SYSTEM daily.
- Target meeting with leads rather than limiting the communication to calls or electronic messaging.
- Provide flexibility to contact and/or meet with leads or clients at the time or the place, on or off standard working hours.
- Share reports and feedback with management regularly and when requested.
- Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to ensure that the service is delivered, and the client is aware of the progress on his application.
- Do all necessary to ensure the satisfaction of management, leads, and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Works with the Business Manager to develop new sales strategies.
