Job Description:
As Integration Project Manager, you will lead and oversee projects focused on integrating digital technologies and solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation of digital integration initiatives. Your role will involve managing project resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a focus on quality, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for digital integration initiatives.
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to execute project activities and achieve project goals.
4. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to stakeholders.
5. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
7. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
8. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, coaching them to achieve project objectives and develop their skills.
10. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices to be replicated in future projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (7 years) in project management, with a focus on digital integration projects.
3. Strong understanding of digital technologies and integration concepts, including APIs, microservices, cloud computing, and digital platforms.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project objectives.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Experience in stakeholder management, including managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
9. Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent are a plus.
10. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, emerging technologies, and industry trends in digital integration is desirable.
