Initiate outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers.

Provide accurate price quotes and proposals to customers.

Explain pricing structures and terms.

Provide post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, ensuring successful product delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.

Collaborate with other teams, to present tailored solutions to customers.

Achieve sales targets and quotas for the assigned accounts.

Prepare and deliver proposals to potential buyers.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and renewals.

Stay informed about company's product/service offerings.

Be prepared to answer customer questions and provide informed recommendations.

Continuously update knowledge and skills related to sales techniques and product knowledge.

Must also be well organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously while working toward sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Should be skilled communicators, have a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling, and possess a customer-centric mindset. Their success is often measured by their ability to convert leads into sales.
