Inland Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

Ensures the timely delivery of import and export containers utilising

preferred or line-approved routings while providing the highest level

of customer satisfaction. Drives efficiency and cost savings.
 

  • Plan and coordinate the deliveries of export and import shipments
  • Closely communicate with customers, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient planning and execution
  • Analize transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on export/import regulations and trends
  • Resolve problems and troubleshoot issues to provide customer experience
  • Reporting daily status to customer and internally
  • Ensuring KPIs are met and timely/accurate system updates
  • Implementation of transport related digital platforms
