Information Technology Specialist

We are looking for ( Information Technology Specialist )

Qualification:

1- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT or Related field

2- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in both languages.

3- Possesses a valid driver's license, as occasional travel may be required.

4- Relevant experience in IT support or a related field.

5- Candidate needs to be active and available whenever there is issue.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a Report for minor technical issues.

2. Contributes to the training of basic computer and computer troubleshooting skills.

3. Maintain valid licenses for the used software.

4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Delta staff, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.

5. Establish and maintain a helpdesk system to log, track, and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure supporting Delta’s operations.

7. Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of networks, servers, and storage systems.
