*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Technology and E-Store Development Specialist who will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure and developing our e-commerce platform. This role will involve ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology systems, as well as optimizing and expanding our online store to enhance the customer experience.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *IT Management and Support:*

- Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

- Provide technical support to staff, resolving issues promptly.

- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.

 

2. *E-Store Development and Maintenance:*

- Develop and maintain the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies and enhance site performance.

- Integrate payment gateways, shipping modules, and other necessary tools.

- Monitor and analyze e-store performance metrics, recommending improvements.

 

3. *Technology Integration:*

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business operations.

- Integrate third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) with the e-store for seamless data flow.

- Work on automation projects to streamline business processes.

 

4. *Security and Data Protection:*

- Ensure the security of IT systems and protect sensitive customer data.

- Regularly update and patch systems to prevent security vulnerabilities.

- Develop disaster recovery and backup procedures.

 

5. *Vendor Management:*

- Liaise with external vendors for purchasing and maintenance of software and hardware.

- Evaluate and manage contracts and service agreements.

 

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT management and e-commerce development.

- Proficiency in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
