Job Description:

As an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound Sales: Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and converting leads into sales.
• Outbound Sales: Proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Holds a diploma (administrative, marketing) or a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Has not been registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with any job during the six months preceding the application.
• Has not previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably in sales or customer experience).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
