We are looking for two IN BO Engineers to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time, on-site role for experienced professionals in Intelligent Networks (IN), troubleshooting, and system integration.
📌 Responsibilities:
✔️ Troubleshoot, configure & monitor IN network performance
✔️ Act on network & equipment issues escalated from surveillance
✔️ Identify & escalate system problems
✔️ Maintain SW/HW status & ensure smooth operations
✔️ Improve department procedures & methods
✔️ Monitor performance parameters & handle degradations efficiently
✔️ Solve service/network issues per agreed timing & standards
✔️ Attend technical meetings for IN team activities
✔️ Implement tariff, service class & configuration changes
📌 Duties:
✔️ 2nd Level Restoration & Trouble Report Handling
✔️ Change Request Handling & Performance Analysis
✔️ Prepare & implement SW/HW/configuration changes
✔️ Investigate disturbances & optimize network performance
📌 Basic Skills:
✔️ Strong knowledge of GSM/WCDMA
✔️ Expertise in Linux OS, Oracle Database & Unix Shell Scripting
✔️ Programming & IP Networking knowledge
✔️ Experience with Linux HW & Systems Integration
📌 Technical Competence:
✔️ Strong expertise in Charging System nodes (SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR, NgCRS)
✔️ Knowledge of Tariff, RMA handling & IN Business Configuration
✔️ Advanced VMware experience (vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi 6.x)
✔️ Experience with HP 3PAR Storage, firmware upgrades & capacity planning
✔️ SAN Switches, Network Bay Switches & Virtual Machine Installation (OVF)
✔️ Administration of Ericsson Charging System Nodes
✔️ Experience with performance reports, troubleshooting & CSR handling
