We are looking for a Hydrojetter Foreman to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in overseeing turnaround and shutdown activities for static equipment such as columns, heat exchangers, vessels, drums, tanks, and fin fans. This role involves industrial cleaning, mechanical support, and leadership in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:
◾ Oversee daily activities of the crew during turnaround and shutdown projects.
◾ Coordinate tasks based on crew skills and project requirements.
◾ Supervise industrial cleaning operations, including hydro jetting, and ensure proper safety measures.
◾ Assist in mechanical work related to the maintenance and repair of static equipment.
◾ Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.
Inspect work for quality assurance, addressing any issues promptly.
◾ Maintain accurate records and provide updates to the Site Supervisor.
◾ Mentor and train crew members, promoting a collaborative work environment.
◾ Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are in good condition and available for tasks.
◾ Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
🔷 Qualifications:
◾ 5 to 8 years of experience in supervising turnaround and shutdown activities.
◾ Strong background in industrial cleaning (hydro jetting) and mechanical tasks.
◾ Proven leadership and safety enforcement skills.
◾ Ability to manage and coordinate a diverse crew.
◾ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
