Description:
- As our new HR Manager your main aim will be to develop and implement HR plans and policies to build a culture that encourages high performance and retention of talent.
- You will ensure HR policies compliance with statutory regulations and that they are consistent with internal and external best practices.
- Your expertise will help to Lead and deliver key HR activities both through own teams or centers and provide HR service portfolio to defined organization.
- You will be responsible to Manage vendor / service relationship and service level agreements with specific business unit/ partner for range of HR services (e.g., outsourced payroll).
- You will act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with the members of the business management team to support business growth/transformation and build organizational capability.
- Your focus will be to consult Business Managers on HR matters drawing on specialists or team members as needed with a balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activities.
- You will Monitor deployment of the HR strategic plans and achievement of sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.
- And ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organization.
- You will be the Influencer to others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
- You will be also involved to develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DPDHL and also Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g., external service providers, advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools.
Now, Here’s What We Need From You.
- Bachelor's Degree
- HR/Labor Law certification (is an advantage)
- More than 6 years of experience within the same field.
- Previous experience partnering the business at a senior management& executive level in a complex environment e.g., multi country/customers.
- Team leadership – small to medium size teams
- Prior budget management experience
- Proven experience of leading deployment off complex organizational change projects
