Reporting to the Head of Law Department, you will be working with legal department heads to ensure the effective recruitment, development, and retention of legal professionals, while also ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of experience as an HR leader, preferably in a legal setting, and has an in-depth knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations. Must have an above average GPA from a top university in Saudi Arabia.
