Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and database (making data accessible and ensuring its accuracy, safety and compliance with laws and regulations).
  • Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations, salary changes, and other compensation-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST.
  • Strong technical skills across all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • Data and record Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
