Human Resources Manager
Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process for new departments and project enhancements.
- Lead the creation and revision of job descriptions across the company.
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in HR practices.
- Design and implement HR plans for talent management, performance management, and employee development.
- Conduct workforce analysis for strategic manpower planning.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Optimize HR systems and databases for efficient operations.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage the HR budget and staffing needs.
- Provide HR-related guidance to management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role.
- Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively with strategic documents and performance management tools.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
