Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for new departments and project enhancements.
  • Lead the creation and revision of job descriptions across the company.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all roles.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in HR practices.
  • Design and implement HR plans for talent management, performance management, and employee development.
  • Conduct workforce analysis for strategic manpower planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Optimize HR systems and databases for efficient operations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage the HR budget and staffing needs.
  • Provide HR-related guidance to management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work effectively with strategic documents and performance management tools.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
