Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Grand Community in Riyadh. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration.
Qualifications
Job Description : -
1-Coordinating manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
2-Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channels
3-Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
4-Screening candidates resumes and job applications
5-Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
6- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed through the personnel cycle.
7-Maintaining and recording payroll effects (penalties, absence, deductions)
8-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
9-Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
10-Overseeing exit interviews
11- Managing Performance appraisal.
Job Requirements : -
- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Diploma in HR is must.
- Experience 3 years at least in HR field is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working hours : 9 hrs.
- Fluent in English
- V. Good Knowledge of Microsoft & internet
