Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

1- Participate in implementing the action plan for human resource management by participating in activating all human resource roles

2- Participate in preparing job analysis and preparing job descriptions

2- Work to ensure the implementation of the company’s internal policies and procedures and that there are no abuses of authority

3- Participate in managing the recruitment process by the company’s workforce plan by publishing job advertisements and receiving and filtering CVs

4- Follow up on the performance of new employees during the trial period and participate in preparing the annual training plan for employees

5- Preparing employees’ monthly salaries and reviewing the attendance and departure report

6- Follow up on personnel affairs

7- Participate in performance evaluation during the evaluation period and follow up on monthly performance reports with department managers

8- Follow up on shop licenses and commercial records and update them periodically

9- Follow up on the recruitment of workers and complete all their regulatory papers before arriving and after arriving

10- Conduct a periodic inventory of the personal trust and equipment in the administration and branches that are under the custody of employees

12- Follow up and organize the placement of workers

13- Full knowledge of using government websites, including, but not limited to, (forces - resident -

extension - insurance - labor office -....)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related area
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • excellent in Microsoft Office
  • very good in English
  • Saudi citizen
