Description:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all recruitment processes and coordinating the hiring of new employees.
* Managing payroll and employee benefits while ensuring compliance with local laws.
* Designing and implementing training and development programs for employees.
* Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and providing periodic reports to senior management.
* Addressing daily work-related issues and resolving conflicts between employees and management.
* Ensuring HR policies are applied in accordance with Saudi labour laws and regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
* Providing advice and support to employees on work-related matters.
* Preparing HR and administrative reports.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
* In-depth knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
* Experience in - Mena ME plus - HR system is a plus.
* Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) fluent.
