Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and refine policies to meet evolving needs.
- Direct talent strategies including acquisition, development, and retention of talent.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession, resolve issues relating to employee relations, work environment, and foster a positive atmosphere.
- Lead change management and team building, manage performance system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance by adopting international best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and insights.
- Recommend budget improvements, efficient resource use, contribute to strategic alignment and formulation.
- Develop/enforce policies, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to effective change management.
- Drive ongoing departmental improvement, supervise, guide direct reports for performance and recruitment, provide training and feedback for development.
- Ensure that strategy is translated into operational business plans and objectives for the department to conform to continuous improvement.
- Provide on-the-job training, and constructive feedback to support the overall development of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR along with relevant certifications like PHR, CIPD, or SHRM.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Advanced MS Office skills, proficiency in HR systems, databases.
- Minimum 13 years of HR management experience, including 5 years in leadership
