REQUIREMENTS:
• Responsible for HR Strategies Development, Talent Management, HR Policies & Procedures Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Performance Management.
⚫ Hold Professional certificates in HR such as SHRM-SCP-CP/ CIPD 5/ ATD/SPHRI.
• Experience in public listed companies, food and beverage industry or a similar service-based retail sector.
• Should be a Saudi national, having 10 to 15 years of experience with 5 years of managerial experience in HR leadership role.
