🔍 Job Description:
- Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with Saudi Diyar’s HSE System and client requirements.
- Ensure site adherence to relevant HSE legislation.
- Conduct regular site visits to promote and enforce safe work practices.
- Implement and maintain a quality safety observation program across all projects.
- Inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations.
- Maintain statistical data and safety training programs to track and improve safety activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or related Engineering field.
- 10+ years of HSE experience in the construction industry.
- NEBOSH IGC certification or equivalent internationally recognized safety certification is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
