Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Implement or update HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for employees.
- Manage HR data and maintain confidentiality of records.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.
- Address any immediate HR challenges as they arise during the project.
- Coordinate with other departments to make sure that HR operations are smooth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably with experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in HR software or tools, and MS Office Suite.
