Job Description:

  • Full commitment to and adherence to procedural manuals and regulating policies and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of medical insurance (coverage - networks - benefits - losses), and working to bring offers for medical insurance.
  • Review and monitor additions and deletions to employees’ medical insurance.
  • Work on financial claims for medical insurance and verify settlement of claims for invoices.
  • Review and examine terms, conditions, and policies and raise relevant issues for consideration with the Saudi Health Insurance Council.
  • Providing advice related to medical insurance documents in coordination with the broker or insurance company directly.
  • Archive all insurance documents and supporting documents.
  • Preparing and coordinating the periodic and annual report on insurance operations.
  • Calculating salaries, deductions, and monthly compensation, decisions related to payroll, and preparing employee wage data.
  • Processing employees’ financial transactions and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
  • Any other work assigned to the employee related to human resources management.
  • Full adherence to and adherence to procedural manuals and regulating policies and procedures.
