Description:

* Designing and implementing development process for all organization
* Develop HR cost dashboards for sectors
* Designs JDs, KPIs for all organization’s position
* Attract the most suitable candidates
* Preparing a Vacant list
* Conduct & handle interviews to select according to the required criteria
* Negotiating to meet candidate expectation and receive their confirmation
* Send offers to exclusive accepted candidates,
* Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
* Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees
* Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments

*Requirements: (most preferred for selection)*
* 3-5 year of experience
* HR Diploma is preferable
* High Background related to PMSs
* Org charts creation using Visio
* Good usage of Microsoft excel
* Quick learner
* Strong time management and communication skills
* Analytical thinking
