Description:

Skills Required :

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business administration and or professional qualifications such as CIPD/ SHRM
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role for a multinational or regional organization
  • Proven track record in working in transforming organization and modern HR practices
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Familiar with the Saudi Market.
  • Worked with a Tier 1 – HRMS software ideally SAP or oracle

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop initiatives that enhance our employee capabilities and drive market place productivity
  • Work with Managers to utilize our SAP HRMS system for an improved goalsetting and evaluation process.
  • Provide analytics and support our talent related decision making
  • Help create an open work environment that foster innovation and collaboration across team
  • Partner with our business leaders and provide advise on people related matters and serve as coach to our leaders on people related interventions
  • Drive programs that creates stronger employee engagement and wellness
  • Provide support to the VP HR on all people related matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development and employee relations/HR administration.
