Hr Assistant

 

Description:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

·  Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.

·  Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

·  Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion.

·  Handle general HR inquiries and provide basic information to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

·  Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.

·  Schedule interviews and assessments, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

·  Assist in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.

·  Prepare employment-related documentation for new hires, such as employment contracts and offer letters.

·  Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, wellness, and diversity and inclusion

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 Year experience

Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
