Moris Media is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and drive the sales and marketing efforts for the moCal brand in the Middle East region, focusing on key markets such as Dubai, Doha, and Riyadh. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both sales and marketing, capable of developing and executing integrated strategies to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Primary Responsibility:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and manage sales and marketing targets, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to address any performance issues.
- Client Relationship Management:
