We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships in the Talent and Recruitment sector. You will lead a team focused on enterprise market, targeting key business clients in KSA, including large enterprises, government entities, and regional partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive growth in commercial lines.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across different sectors of the Oil & Gas, Aviation and logistics, Healthcare etc
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

 

Required Skills:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Talent, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the HR and Talent industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and managing sales teams in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation market in KSA and the broader GCC region.
  • Experience in B2B sales, including account management, relationship building, and contract negotiation.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of HR and talent management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast results.
  • Ability to create and execute a strategic sales plan that drives business expansion and customer satisfaction.
