La3eb and other digital businesses of the holding are seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in achieving our mission of uniting and satisfying Arabic-speaking gamers. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and driving user acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with La3eb's objectives, focusing on growing the user base, driving revenue, and enhancing brand presence.
- Brand Development: Establish and maintain the La3eb brand identity, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and represents the gaming community.
- User Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new users by identifying the most effective channels, campaigns, and tactics to attract and engage gamers on the platform.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, social media, and other digital assets that connect with gamers and promote the La3eb brand.
- Community Building: Foster a strong bond within the local gaming community by creating and nurturing a dedicated community of gamers on the La3eb platform.
- Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze marketing performance, continuously optimize campaigns, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with gaming influencers, industry stakeholders, and other relevant entities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best results.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and use this information to shape La3eb's marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and knowledge of the Arabic-speaking gaming community.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset with a deep appreciation for gaming culture and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and analytics.
