We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join a well-established hospital in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial operations of the hospital and drive financial sustainability and growth.

Job Summary:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing strategic financial plans to support the hospital’s growth. You will also lead budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
💼 Financial Management & Strategy:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure stability and growth.
• Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Advise senior management on financial planning, investments, and risk management.

📊 Financial Reporting & Compliance:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial policies, tax laws, and accounting standards.

💰 Revenue & Cost Management:
• Optimize revenue cycle management including billing, collections, and reimbursements.
• Implement cost control measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

⚙️ Operational & Risk Management:
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Ensure robust internal controls to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.

Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA preferred).
💼 10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
💡 Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and regulatory compliance.
