To provide some clarity, we anticipate you spending the first two years as an individual contributor, establishing Cycloid in the market. Following that, the team will be built out based on the level of success achieved during this initial period. We value both leadership qualities and the contributions of individual team members. It's important to note that the skillset required to start from scratch may differ from what is needed to scale and develop the team later on, and it is completely fine.
