Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:-

· Any Graduate with MBA in Health Care/ Hospital Management with excellent Communication & Leadership Skills and minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field. Strong network and connections within the Riyadh healthcare sector, including doctors, medical professionals, and travel agents. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships.

· Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

· Result-driven mind-set with a track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.

· Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Riyadh market to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Requires managing Healthtrip operations in the country.
• Engaging with leading hospitals, doctors, travel agencies, corporate and charities.
• Setting up framework for patient assistance in that country - from enquiry to treatment.
• Responsible for tie up with various hospitals, international corporate clients/ hospitals, liaising with embassies, doctors and healthcare facilitators for Medical Tourism in and out KSA.
• Responsible for Query handling from Patients and Hospitals
• Responsible for VISA Invitation letter from hospitals
• Responsible for communicate and coordinate with doctors, hospital managements and patients attendants.

· Responsible for arranging patients travel documents like visa extension and passport expiry if needed.
