Head Chef

Description:

This is a full-time role for a Head Chef at Four Squares Cafe located in Al Khobar. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, planning and preparing menu items, overseeing food preparation, ensuring dish quality and consistency, and training kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning skills
• Experience in managing kitchen operations and leading a team
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cuisines
• Creativity and attention to detail in dish presentation
• Time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
