Hdpe Operator

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an HDPE Operator located in Jubail. The HDPE Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to operating and maintaining the High-Density Polyethylene machinery and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HDPE manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Experience in conducting quality control checks and ensuring product standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Role responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure safe, smooth and efficient performance of unit to achieve key performance indicators and objectives as per procedures & Instructions.

• Responsible for the safety of plant and personnel on his shift to Control Incidents/accidents during shift.

• Monitor any deviations in normal plant/equipment running and troubleshoot the plant’s operation to take corrective actions and optimize plant performance as per guidelines.

• Check the operational Parameters and analyze them to implement changes as required.

• Update & follow up on all maintenance and other jobs with all other service departments.

• Plan and update preventive & turnaround maintenance and notify timely to planning department.

• Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of loss control policies and procedures in shift.

• Requesting the attention of concerned support sections directly or through other staff whenever needed.

• Coordinate, control and follow up on all maintenance activity in the plant and with other outside agencies.

• Issue work Permits & follow up on maintenance-related activities.

• Issue mandatory shift reports as per established practice & procedures and ensure that personnel records and files are properly maintained and updated.

• Handle, control and monitor the start-up, shutdown & plant upsets /emergencies safely and efficiently.

• Contribute and participate in the successful completion of plant improvements, shutdowns & MOC.

• Performs E.R.T. responsibilities as stipulated in Loss Control Procedures and acts as an emergency response team leader in case of emergency.
