Description:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a GSM Tower Dismantling Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling process of GSM towers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing a team of riggers and workers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the dismantling of GSM towers, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Manage a team of riggers and workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Ensure that dismantling work is performed according to industry standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute dismantling projects.
- Oversee the disposal of materials and waste generated during the dismantling process in accordance with environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dismantling GSM towers or similar structures.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to tower dismantling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Certification in rigging or relevant field is a plus.
