Description:

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Works with NEOM and Bechtel colleagues to design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including web pages, brochures, presentations, event materials, and banners, etc.
  • Produces and / or coordinates the production of a variety of graphics products using a combination of methods, techniques, software, and processes, including PowerPoint, Word, InDesign,
  • Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and SharePoint.
  • Suggests new innovative design ideas and approaches where appropriate. Research new software, ideas, designs, and approaches.
  • Works with subject matter experts and writers to develop highly complex, technical graphics to include in documents or on webpages.
  • Liaises with NEOM, including senior management, on presentations or other materials.
  • Creates aesthetically pleasing concepts and designs that meet corporate branding and client design standards.
  • Oversees development of concepts and design templates appropriate to materials and compliant with customer requirements.
  • Maintains a graphics tracking system and quality control process.
  • Acquires and modifies images used for tasks, with a strong competency for retouching and adjusting images in Photoshop or other software, including 3D renderings.
  • Performs special assignments related to company strategy.
  • Take photographs and video of site progress.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, advertising design, graphic design, digital design, from an accredited university plus a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge in graphics layout, web design, and video editing & production.

  • Must be able to obtain the right to work in KSA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in and strong ability to develop and create compelling graphics, documents, and presentations for corporate audiences.
  • Experience working within SharePoint including web design creation.
  • Experience with video production, and video editing (primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition), to include staging, lighting, and recording, as well as a good understanding of photography to include staging, lighting, shooting, and color retouching (using Adobe Photoshop)
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro. Good working knowledge of formatting in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create clear, visually appealing maps and graphics.
  • Experience portraying complex financial information and data in a clear, visually impactful format.
  • Thorough knowledge of reproduction processes and multimedia presentation processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator who can present key messages in a visual format and translate ideas into practice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be flexible and have undeniable design skills.
  • Ability to work irregular schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to work / collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams throughout a large organization.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adhere to NEOM and Bechtel Visual Identity, style guides, and internal processes.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, with emphasis on independent creation of draft material.
  • Professional writing and proofreading a plus.
  • Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and presentation layout.
  • Professional photography skills.
  • Basic knowledge of industry 3D modeling programs, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, or Maya etc.
