Description:
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency.
- Have experience building brands with multiple target personas.
- Have designed and maintained websites for SaaS products.
- Have experience using Figma to design, as well as collaborate/iterate on feedback.
- Have outstanding attention to detail and quality standards.
- Are exceptionally well-organized to efficiently tackle tasks at a high frequency and quality.
- Demonstrate good judgment in advising the team and making expert recommendations/proposals.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively within the team but also cross-team and company-wide.
- Are willing to adjust course when appropriate new ideas or objections are raised.
- Embrace uncertainty and displays a high level of adaptability.
- Are willing to learn and open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return.
- Have experience creating videos and motion graphics.
💫 Nice to haves:
- Experience building websites using Webflow.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Jira for project and task management.
- A passion for storytelling.
