Description:
- Build and lead a high-performing global aftermarket team.
- Oversee organizational design.
- Develop a Strategic Workforce Plan aligned with Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and Long-Range Plans (LRP).
- Achieve aftermarket sales targets in collaboration with the commercial, product management, and engineering teams.
- Meet revenue execution targets in partnership with the manufacturing team.
- Continuously review and reconcile Master Data and Install Base Audits to support targeted aftermarket sales.
- Deliver best-in-class Parts Level and Service Level Agreements to customers.
- Ensure manufacturing sites are equipped to meet aftermarket parts and service demands (SIOP).
- Manage the performance and utilization of the billable service organization, maintaining efficiency with regular updates and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to create sales plans for key accounts and opportunities.
- Understand internal products and technology, highlighting competitive advantages, particularly in the lifecycle model.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and competitor developments.
- Effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders across all direct and indirect subfunctions.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance processes.
- Travel regionally for customer meetings and Voice of the Customer (VOC) engagements.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
- Extensive experience in sales and execution within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Proven team or general management experience.
- Expertise in aftermarket operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales volume exceeding $50 million.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid technical foundation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (C4C preferred).
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (German language skills are a plus).
