Global Account Manager

Description:

Responsibilities: You will be tasked with driving the growth of the Confectionery and Sweet Goods division, with a global territory across the US, EU and APAC. You be responsible for strengthening the current position within the industry, maintaining and nurturing current customer relationship whilst also developing new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow customer accounts globally, positioning the development and profitability of a globally commercially attractive portfolio
• Assist in defining and implement the global strategy for the business segment for medium and long term.
• Work cross-functionally in driving new product launches
• Partner with marketing and communication to support growth of the business

Required:

• Degree, Food Science or related
• 10 years’ experience in business development, customer relationship management and product launch in the B2B food industry
• Expertise in the Confectionery, Chocolate, Bakery markets is preferred
• Communication skills
• Ability to travel
• Experience managing direct reports preferred
